Don't forget that we have our field trip tomorrow! If you normally get pitas, please bring a lunch anyway because we will probably be leaving before they get here. You'll get your pita when we return.
There will be a science test tomorrow, in spite of the field trip. That means it will be in the a.m.
Keep an eye out for a note going home about bringing technology to school this Wednesday. We will also be doing another session of Scientists in School on May 6th, for $9, so a note will be going home about that soon as well.
Track and Field training has begun and so it is of vital importance that the students have appropriate footwear during the next few weeks. Please have running shoes at school every day (outdoor). May 15th is the school track and field day (Grades 4-8).
Today we had a special Webcast featuring Jeff Kinney. That was quick but he did reveal the cover of his new Diary of a Wimpy Kid book.
In language the kids did their literature circle groups (with some unfinished!!). Gym was about goal setting for track and then we did the math test.
In library Mr. Heidman talked about perspective and then in science we finished off the final presentations.
