We did some pretty awesome experiments.
During fourth period we did writing on our devices. There are some pretty long stories coming to fruition. These are on Google Docs and can be edited at home. I would like them to be done just at school though.
After lunch we had our book celebration! The books were summarized and each of the children showed the item that they brought in that symbolized the book for them. We definitely had a lot of stuffed animals.
Then the kids created short skits to demonstrate scenes in their book.
It was a lot of fun. The famous line from one of the skits was "Look a water bomber." It was said out of context and made everyone laugh.
Thanks for such a great day. No homework just remember book fair money for Friday and track and field form for tomorrow.
