Today flew by, it must be the beautiful weather!!
French started the day and then we began our Poetry lessons. We started with a fun one, limericks!
There once was a teacher who thought
The kids loved to learn what she taught
Until one day small Billy
Yelled out "This is silly!"
Then ran fast so he couldn't be caught.
The kids will write their own tomorrow, and then apply this new knowledge to their knowledge of energy and conservation.
In computers we worked on informing ourselves about the First Nations people and then in math we played another round of Skunk (Goat today actually) and then learned another probability game called Across the River which incorporates the probably of landing on certain numbers on a pair of dice.
The assembly went well and then we had two presentations of energy resources done by Sebastian and Ethan.
Have a great evening!
Ms. Wagner.
Here are the lyrics to the responsibility song that was done at the assembly today. They are put to the tune of Firework, by Katy Perry.
