Today began with "Run" and then a lesson on the Long A sound. Name five different combinations of letters that create the "A" sound (long). Email me: ajwagner@mail1.scdsb.on.ca.
We learned some volleyball skills in gym today and even tried to get a couple of games going! What fun. We concentrated on volleying, bumping and serving.
After recess it was time for computers. Some of the kids typed out their Terry Fox stories and others worked on Prezi again. This has been excellent practice for their Prime Minister Prezi's that are up and coming in the near future (stay tuned).
There was a bit of a mix up in scheduling today so what we thought was to be French time ended up being music/reading and then French was during 5th period.
Our math test finished up the day. For those who studied using the study sheet, you were in for a treat! The numbers were changed BUT the test was the same format. Thanks for the questions that you had before the test to clarify some of the concepts that you didn't understand. :D
