On Monday we will have our math quiz on conversions and problem solving. There is NOW an example on the blog. (I think I said that yesterday! Oops.)
Tomorrow will be a fun day of reading an sharing with one another about the books that we will be bringing into the class.

Today was fantastic. We had tons of math, gym, French, Reading Buddies and reading workshop! Awesome! The problem solving minds are beginning to come alive in the class and the kids are starting to see different ways of solving the same problem. They are not afraid to draw, and talk to one another and figure it out instead of having the procedure dictated to them. A great way to learn and solidify learning.
I know that some of the kids have complained about being sore from gym, but that is okay if it is normal aches from the muscles working hard. We stretch and then do our circuit of fitness in the gym. The kids are getting really great at doing the route and doing the exercises well.
So, the homework is on the top and we'll see you all in your snugglies tomorrow!
