Today was extra special due to the fact that we had the honour of watching Errol Lee's presentation. The kids got a great message about treating others as they would like to be treated. Really caring for one another.
I hope that really rings true to all of the children in the class and they will all think twice when relating to one another. It was a great message.
The social studies test went well and because Errol Lee went longer than originally thought we had to miss math. In science we spoke about what force is and how it is measured.
In language we discussed the media triangle and foresaw our procedural writing project (it will be posted on the blog by tomorrow).
Of course, that was after our Reading Workshop and the reading of "Sea of Monsters".
This was our day, all mixed up! :D
