This weekend has been a wonderful one in the world of the Sochi Olympics. Congrats to the Mark McMorris, the Dufour-Lapointe sisters, and the Canadian Skating Team!! Following the Olympics on CBC.ca is amazing!
This week we have the procedural writing assignment due on Thursday, and by Friday we'll begin our egg drop contraptions! Looking forward to it!
The kids have been given their newest reading assignment/media assignment. They should all have their novels ready for Monday morning. Any books in the library at school are great too. I will do a little book talk on Monday for those who are still wavering as to which book to choose.
