The kids are working hard on their literature circle groups. They have read their books and now must do the work to prepare for their literature circle meeting tomorrow.
We skipped in gym today to get ready for Jump Rope For Heart that is coming in May. We will skip again during our next gym class. The kids tried some new skills and were able to play games with one another using the skipping ropes. It was fun to see.
In art we continued our Onamatopeoia Art. It is turning out well.
In math we began our unit on fractions. The kids said initially that they don't GET IT. I know that they will by the end of this unit. The kids also got their math tests back and so I'd like them to get these signed for tomorrow.
Language is the focus tonight (and of course that Science Project!).
