Monday is Celebrate Reading Day!!! We've all read now and have worked hard to get our totals high! Thanks to all of the kids who remembered to hand in their calendars! That is a big responsibility and one that requires planning and safe storage of your "stuff". That's organization kids! A big Wowsa to all of those who accomplished their goals.
Here's what is up and coming for this week:
We will be having an area and perimeter quiz on Wednesday as well as a science quiz on Thursday.
We are also having Scientists in the School come to our class on Wednesday to help us learn about our science topic, structures. There is a cost for this which is $6/child.
Please have the money in by Wednesday at the latest. There is a short turnaround time for this. I have attached the note that will be coming home tomorrow to the Notes section of the blog.
On Friday we will all dress in Canada paraphernalia to cheer on our athletes at the Olympics!
